My name is Michael Pauly, and I’ve been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 18 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients ranging in age from 14 to 80, helping them achieve a wide variety of goals—from fat loss and improved mobility to strength development and competition prep. My coaching style is results-driven, supportive, and highly personalized, designed to meet each individual where they are and guide them toward where they want to be.
I hold multiple advanced certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Stretching and Flexibility Coach (SFC), Golf Fitness Specialist (GFS), Behavior Change Specialist (BCS), Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS). Additionally, I’m a certified KFIT Kettlebell Coach and TRX Suspension Training Coach.
My services include one-on-one, group, and virtual personal training, personalized nutrition planning, body transformation coaching, contest preparation for bodybuilding and physique competitions, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), powerlifting and strength training, kettlebell instruction, youth and senior fitness programs, as well as flexibility and mobility training.
